Berapa kali sehari sepatutnya baby bergerak?

Assalamualaikum and Hi,

Berapa kali sehari sepatutnya baby bergerak?

Based on my reading.Actually xde bilangan yang spesifik sepatutnya baby kicks.Sebaliknya mom akan tau apa yang normal and what is not for their baby.The most important thing everyday kena ensure baby gerak or kick.



Perlu ke catat or kira bilangan baby kick?

Catatan or records baby kicks adalah tidak dinasihatkan untuk dilakukan sebab selalunya mmg kita akan terlupa berapa banyak kali actually baby tendang.Kira2 then terlupa, pastu bile kita buat catatan,kebanyakkan catatan adalah catatan yang tidak betul.Then at the end, ble trace records tiba-tiba tgk bilangan baby gerak on  the day berkurang,so it will make us worry yang tak bersebab, actually ada data yang kurang tepat bukan sebab baby kurang bergerak.

My experience, mmg sekali pun tak pernah catat my baby movements.Hehehe.If kat buku merah tu (Buku Pregnant Mom) tu ada rasanya kiraan pergerakan baby pada setiap hari at least 10 pergerakan sehari.Not so sure sebab tak amalkan catatan baby movement ni.

My practice just simple, yang penting everyday I'll ensure my baby moves.Kdg2 kalau sempat kira just kira2 mcm tu je la berapa kali my baby kick but without records.

Usually mom boleh tau what is normal and what is not for their baby.Kalau usually baby active but ada hari yang baby tak berapa active ada a few factors kenapa.Sometimes ble we are too busy pun kte tak rasa our baby moves, sebab we are focusing at something else.

Tapi biasanya mmg akan terasa la baby kick tu and dah boleh predict ble masa usually baby sgt active.My baby pattern pulak, mmg time saya makan, my baby very active!.I think maybe she's very happy sebab dapat makan.Hehe.Then night time pun my baby active jugak.Rasa pusing2 and geli-geli dalam perut.Hehe.Time kerja sometimes active sometimes tidur.Hehe.

Bila selalunya mom perlu risau??

Mom perlu risau kalau mmg seharian your baby tak moves selepas dibuat seperti below steps:

1.Baring and relax.Sebab baby ni time kita jalan usually dia akan tidur.Sebab best kan bergoyang.Bile kita baring and relax baru baby akan bangun.

2.Baring mengiring and letak batal bawah perut.This steps will make us focus kat pergerakan baby.

3.Minum air sejuk.Sebab bila ada perubahan temperature, baby akan gerak untuk jauhkan diri daripada sejuk tu.

4.Buat bising.Bukak music kuat or slam the door.

If you have try all this steps tapi baby still tak gerak,don't wait until tomorrow.Cepat2 go and see the doctor.If ada pergerakan after buat above steps, you need to monitor your baby movements.

If your baby movements suddenly decrease atau tibe2 pergerakan baby semakin perlahan.Its important for immediately seek a doctor!.

A decrease in your baby's movements adalah tanda your baby tak dapat nutrient or oxygen yang cukup melalui placenta.

If you feel worried or mmg rasa mcm your baby tak moves mcm biasa, cepat-cepat go and see the doctor.

Doctor akan monitor heartbeat baby, scan and monitor baby size and check amniotic fluids (air ketuban) and also buat Doppler scan.

So mom,don't panic.Just stay calm and you is the one who knows the best of your baby rhythm!.Imnediately see a doctor if you worried about your baby and always tell doctor straight away if you noticed a change in your baby pattern!.
